Role: Business Analyst (Capital Markets & Front to Middle office)
Location: Boston, MA (Hybrid)

1. Demonstrate a deep understanding of capital market concepts , including equities , bonds , derivatives & Financial instruments
2. Familiarity with investment banking process and products is essential to effectively analyze and improve our systems
3. Proficiency in Front to Middle office applications which are used in financial institutions is required to assesses and enhance the systems
4. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements related to capital market initiatives .
5. Strong Analytical skills are a must . Utilize analytical tools & techniques to collect , analyze and interpret financial data
6. Proficiency in Jira or similar project Management & Issue tracking tools .
7. Understanding of Testing methodologies is important for validating system changes and ensuring they meet business requirements
8. Excellent communication skills , both written and verbal to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
9. Detail - Oriented and highly organized
